Fall Into Boxwood Bliss – Home Tour

I always anxiously await this time of year, and this might just be my favorite posts thus far! I have had several people ask me about doing a Home Tour on my blog, and this is my first step to doing that! I have highlighted the fall decor throughout our home, and I hope you enjoy!

Continuing the theme from last year’s fall blog post, I went with a more neutral color scheme rather than the typical orange color scheme. I used muted greens, white pumpkins, eucalyptus leaves, pine cones and copper finishes. My hope is that people will feel immediately comfortable and welcomed into our home. So let’s get this tour started!

Fall Into Boxwood Bliss: Dining Room

Our dining room is always my favorite room to decorate for 2 reasons:

  1. It is the first room people see when they walk in our home. It is the focal point. So, I always want the dining room to be as inviting as possible!
  2. We rarely eat at our dining room table, which makes it easy to decorate/keep decorated!

I kept my fall tablescape simple and clean, but also wanted to have a more elegant look. This centerpiece is one of my favorite things to update seasonally. I love how a few pumpkins and some simple greenery can totally transform a room!

Fall Into Boxwood Bliss: Kitchen

Besides Christmas, fall is my favor time to be in the kitchen! Pumpkin everything! With that being said, every kitchen needs a few fall decorations here and there to tie it to the rest of the house.

I layered a few of my favorite things into this 2 tier wooden serving tray to add a pop of decor onto our coffee bar. Copper is one of my favorite finishes to add during the fall! It gives a little dimension to an otherwise muted color scheme.

I get so much joy out of changing our bar place settings with the seasons! This white pumpkin bowl from Pottery Barn (on sale of course) was the perfect topper for our fall display!

I also added a little something to our bar area.

Fall Into Boxwood Bliss: Living Room

Our kitchen opens up to the living room, which has a hint of fall decor year round because the accent color in there is burnt orange.

With 2 dogs, our living room always has a lot going on, so I kept it very simple with the decorations this fall. I wanted to create a space to feel at home. So I added some cozy blankets to cuddle up in and a few pops of fall decor.

This centerpiece from Color in Green Hills is another one of my favorite pieces to decorate with the seasons. It is so versatile, and people always comment on it!

Fall Into Boxwood Bliss: Back Deck

Fall is so many people’s favorite season! The beautiful fall colors, the crisp fall air, wearing sweaters and watching football! So where better to enjoy fall than on the back deck?! Our Happy Place!!

Thank you so much for joining in on our home tour! Although these photos show everything in its place, our house is typically covered in DIY projects and dog hair, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I hope my fall color pallet gives you some inspiration to incorporate into your home this fall! Pin and share some of your favorite ideas! Until next time, happy fall!
