I have created a list of 15 questions to help you reflect on this past year. You can use these questions for personal reflection. I like to write down my answers, so I can look back at them for years to come! These questions can also be a fun game to play at your New Year’s gathering!

Many people get so caught up in the process of setting New Year’s Resolutions, they forget the New Year can also be a time for reflecting on all the successes, lessons learned and memories made throughout the past year. Once you have reminisced on the past year, then, it is time to anticipate the year to come!
